Homarus americanus Our lobsters are caught by local fishermen and brought immediately to our facility on the Black Duck Cove Rd where we have several cold seawater systems designed specifically for holding our Maine lobster. From this point, they can be graded and sized for shipping around the country. We also have natural enclosures where we can keep lobster long term (4-6 months) ensuring no voids in production.
